realized tt i haven't blogged in 10 yrs...few updates
1. results...best so far in my NUS life if i decide to s/u. which i did. LOL. decided tt it's no use fighting e atas list if it pulls down my CAP. gosh...maybe i'm turning practical. anyway dun want poor C to feel bad tt he did better than me bahz...so no choice. s/u. but congrats to C who did so well this sem...=) and beni who also did so well this sem and earned himself an ice cream..;). and i earned myself an ice cream too...i love betting when everyone is a winner. congrats also to wj and gh for having pulled up their CAP coz this means we have more time for eth..since all our CAP went up! eth.eth.eth. =D. lastly...congrats tiong who s/u-ed one mod, got left with one...and got a perfect 5 for his CAP. LOL...though tt's quite as usual for him...and congrats to yf especially who survived 7 mods without studying and getting all his mods in e B range...LOL!! which is damn gd for someone with 7 mods who din study when those mods are maths...yucks. LOL!!
2. eth so far...recruitment's amazing...and we only have 3 vacancies now...1x mkting director and 2 x log asst. i'm obviously tasked with e most challenging task of all...calling e ppl whom we rejected. >_<. no choice lahz. e other 2/3 of my entity are too nice.
but i'm pretty sianz of e club this couple of days...coz of some stuff bahz...firstly e awards thing abit screwed....not just e gold, silver, bronze ones...but e long service too...i mean...why ask us to submit names for long serv...when u're giving based on e ppl tt u urself remember...somemore they din even give to some of e prominent ppl.
anyway...despite my groses....i got myself down to e chalet yest...which really wasn't too bad just tt it lacked e support of e non-MC ppl bahz...like there were e show-face PD/APDs like myself, dnise and yc. e show face regvp chairs like SE and laurasista. then e ppl typically classified as e ppl who usually turn up though they usually feel left out i.e. sh, yz and e newly minted E. anyway i showed my face for damn long...from 2pm till 11pm. tt's like a quarter of e chalet. LOL. though i must say tt i was hiding in one of e bedrms discussing eth stuff most of e time. when i'm out...sometimes abit sianz bahz...coz really dun understand why all e ppl there have to keep making fun of my papabird. makes me very uncomfy bahz. like i want to defend him but i noe tt tt will be flashing out a problem tt papabird himself wouldn't want flashed out. so i have to control. and even more sianz coz papabird really hasn't done a gd job so far bahz...i realized tt as me, wj and gh were planning for my first meeting...subconsciously i was avoiding all of papabird's pitfalls during his last meeting. i really wonder what i can do for papabird. rem telling him back then not to even run for e MC coz he'll kanna alot of shit. and he really kanna-ing now. and i cannot help him...dun like tt feeling. coz honestly..he really is one of my best frens in the club.
but i enjoyed mahjong as well...which occupied most of my time outside e bedrms..LOL. always tot that i'm super noob...but maybe i'm not tt noob after all!! coz i won a few games...and i za hu once...but i za very well!!! and i za though i knew tt it's a za...though i cldn't fathom why then...but after i za-ed...wb checked e tile tt she was going to get if i didn't za...and it was a tile tt she can win with!! and she got 3 fan i think...gosh....so happy tt i za-ed...everyone was quite happy tt i za-ed except wb of coz who wanted to kill me. then erzi said tt i'm damn zai..though i always look so blur when i play...then he said tt i bang zhu chi lao hu...LOL!! perhaps. anyway then i taught E how to play..and she won manz...though her win isn't quite pretty...while e others had like tiles of all e same suit lahz. i think i must be a master at small wins or warped wins...but i've nvr won nor do i noe how to win big. LOL!! and besides tt i had great fun sista-ing with laurasista...
then i almost getting myself killed by sf who was driving us home after e chalet...who made some weird turn or sth on e ECP resulting in e car swerving to one side. LOL!!!!!!!!! damn funny. it was a very wth moment to experience but no flashback of my life...it was too wth but it made me laugh nonstop..coz sf really damn bad at driving...then we continued driving and sf missed an exit and i saw my house from e expressway...damn funny...so i just got her to drop me anywhere near lahz. so she dropped me in e middle of nowhere except tt it happens to be across e rd from a bus stop tt has buses tt i can take home. LOL!! it's really in e middle of nowhere coz no one ever takes a bus from there and there was seemingly no way to cross that road coz it's at e expressway exit in e middle of e road..with heavy vehicles on e main roads to both sides of e exit. damn funny!!!!!!!! so i spotted an overhead bridge..which is also e weirdest overhead bridge i have ever crossed coz it runs along the sides of e expressway which is curved in nature coz it's e part tt only PSA vehicles and enter and they din want the heavy vehicles speeding on e expressway...walking along tt overhead bridge reminded me of zhang hui mei's MV for the song 'jie tuo' when she's walking with alot of headlights ard her. LOL!!!!!!!! but of coz i got home unscathed by the adventure and it was really damn fun. maybe i shld take sf's car more often. and i'm glad tt i found a worse driver than ritch. LOL...congrats ritch.
3. at least 5 ppl have asked if i wld collect e gold on behalf of ritch. tt close mehz. -_-. e best one was still ter e pres and erzi..who asked me to make e speech. -_-. can i thank myself?? LOL!!! anyway i suggested a video conference thingie or some pre-recorded video. makes so much more sense. and then there's stupid T. wah...i also dunno wat to say abt him. so i guess dun say manz. -_-.
