just heard something meaningful from e radio...
an old man was due to see e doctor..but after waiting for an hour...he approached e nurse at e counter saying, 'i'm sorry miss, but i can wait no longer. i have urgent matters to attend to.' two young ladies sitting nearby laughed to themselves saying, what can this old man have that is so urgent? after all, he looks well above 80. The old man turned towards them and said that well..it's precisely bcoz he has little time left that he appreciates the value of every second.
perhaps....we're all too young to value those seconds of our lives....
i'm in quite a contemplative mood today i guess...another little thing struck me as well...from e chn U show. although e show is pretty lame with e overall idea that there is a stupid pro photographer who can capture very genuine emotions thru his photos. so basically e guy and e gal who is pretending to be a guy took a photo together...and e love that they share can be seen from e photo. i think tt in reality...u dunnit a pro photographer to take e photo to noe how ppl are feeling in a photo. i cld nvr hide my emotions. my smiles can mean a multitude of things...and e cause of e smile is nvr that well-hidden. i looked at my photos...and i saw so much.
lastly...on a different note...i have to say tt comserviceclub has e nicest ppl! LOL. esp ethe. thanks to laogong's almond gold choc thing and sweet msg saying tt i'm worth my weight in gold as well as his take care msg with delfi hearts choc..=) and thanks to tiong for his hershey kisses and nice msg with the very sincere gratitude..though there are tons of eng errors!! he almost wrote 'you make the interview reali easy to do' LOL!!! but later added in e word 'e conduct of the interview really easy to do' which is still fundamentally grammatically wrong. and he wrote 'all the hard work that you had put in'...LOL. and 'you had been really understanding' LOL!! k ahz..i'm very mean. but well...i had been mean only...i am not mean. LOL!!! and also thanks to nu-er for ur msg for me which u were writing next to me..which u kept editing..whenever i tell u something new..LOL!!! damn funny. and thanks to er zi also...for ur nice postcard abt cockroachs..;). e funniest part??? we have so much cut paper left from SLP which are meant for e hearts that all my msgs were written on them! LOL.
and congrats to papabird!! u got a bag of e PAH popcorn in ur mailbox!! though i'm e only one in both comms...i swear it wasn't me who put it in. it's really not me!!!!!!!!!!
